100 * 100MM 60℃ Industrial Online PH ORP Analyzer For Continuous Wastewater Treatment
Brief introduction
PH ORP analyzer belongs to the industrial online PH ORP meter/analyzer, not only to meet the continuous measurement and display functions, but also to achieve signal output and control functions.
The pH/ORP analyzers use salt-bridged primary battery electrodes (pH electrodes) to detect changes in the concentration of hydrogen ions in the solution, which affect the electrode level. It is usually made of glass and commonly known as PH glass electrode measurement.
PH/ORP analyzer is able to meet panel mounting installation. Users can easily choose any kind of installation accessories. PH/ORP analyzer has an IP66 protection rating for housing that effectively isolate contamination and corrosive gas intrusion from the external environment. There is an isolation coating inside the PH/ORP analyzer, which can effectively isolate outside electromagnetic interference.
The PH/ORP analyzer transmits analog and digital signals, or connects and controls other equipment via relays. Different internal components are distinguished according to the order number, and the different components are for different configuration of controllers.

Advantage of Online PH ORP analyzer
The zero and slope of the electrodes for Online PH ORP analyzer are diagnosed during calibration and maintenance.
One active current ring outputs of 0/4 ~ 20mA can be set in PH ORP analyzer, allowing the user to specify the measurement: pH or ORP. The PH ORP analyzer can define its own maximum /minimum current value to correspond the output range, whether positive or reverse. The accuracy of the output can be guaranteed by long-distance current calibration.
All user-entered configurations are fixed for an unlimited period of time and data is not lost even without power. The output and control configuration are recorded in another configuration list for user find and inspection.
